Nirvana Resort

General Resort Policy:

• Confirmed rooms will be available on the date of the arrival.
• Standard Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00nn.
• The hotel may accommodate early check-in/late check-out for an additional fee; subject to room availability.
• A government issued ID must be presented upon check-in together with the confirmation voucher provided by Travel Agencies or Resort itself.
• Strictly NO PETS allowed inside the hotel and it’s premises.

Smoking Policy:

• All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
• A smoking will be imposed if found in the room.
• Designated smoking area are located in the Resort.

Visitor Policy:

• In the interest of well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Reception.
• For the comfort of our guest we do not encourage party rooms.
• Excessive noise are prohibited and visitor are allowed until 10:00pm only.

Swimming Pool Policy:

• Please observe proper swimming attire.
• Strictly NO DIVING.
• Food and drinks are prohibited inside the pool.

Shuttle Service:

• Free pick-up/drop-off to the Muelle & Balatero port terminal.
• Free Shuttle is available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Terms of Payment

• A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon confirmation of booking and fifty percent (50%) full payment upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• 14 days before check-in date – 50% refund of deposit
• 7 days before check-in date – 30 % refund of deposit
• No show/shortened stay – No refund of deposit

However, cancellation made due to typhoons, calamities and other acts of nature shall not bear any penalty. The Booking Reservation can be rescheduled subject to the availability of the rooms within 30days (Transferable is allowed)
